By downloading, installing, or using AI Terminal ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
AI Terminal is an SSH terminal, database client, and AI-assistant tool. You connect it to servers, databases, and AI providers of your own choosing, using your own credentials and API keys ("bring your own key"). We do not operate the servers, databases, or AI models you connect to.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the servers and databases you connect to, and for having authorization to access them. Do not use the app to access any system without permission.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, SSH keys, database passwords, and AI provider API keys.
- You are responsible for any command executed or data modified/deleted through the app — it is a direct interface to systems you control.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party service you connect through the app (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter, OpenCode Zen).
3. Third-party services
AI responses, and any server/database/storage you connect to, are provided by third parties outside our control. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, cost, or content. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any data loss, unauthorized access, or damage to systems you connect to through the app, arising from your use of the app.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
